VonGretchen C. Nelson is a Diversity and Inclusion Strategist, talent advisor and engaging speaker. She received herin Human Resource Management with a concentration in Organizational Management from Walden She holds a B.S. in Family and Consumer Sciences with a concentration in Child Development from South Carolina State University. VonGretchen offers over nineteen years of advance knowledge and extensive experience in leading consulting firms, healthcare organizations, financial institutions, technology start-ups and nonprofits, both nationally and globally. She is an innovative problem solver while achieving business results.
VonGretchen was recently named President and CEO of PCC Global Institute, LLC. PCC Global Institute focus on Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, Performance Management, Talent Management, and introducing corporations to highly qualified students from HBCUs, HSIs, and Tribal Colleges for internship opportunities. In addition to VonGretchen corporate experience, she has held the position of President of People, Community and Culture. The South Carolina based non-profit focuses on assisting the unemployed and underemployed and teaching members of the community life skills (interviewing skills, professionalism, name branding, personalized elevate speech, parenting skills and financial literacy classes).
